Booking Policies (Please Read)

All parties must be booked in advance — 6 months to 2 weeks prior to the event date

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time

You may reschedule your party up to 14 days before your scheduled event

Deposits are non-transferable within 14 days of your event
If you choose to reschedule within this time frame, a new deposit will be required to secure a new date -
Parties start and end at the scheduled time — no extensions

All guests must arrive on time to receive the full experience

No additional guests beyond the booking limit

All parties must be booked in advance — No Walk-Ins Allowed
~ $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to book and hold your date and time. Remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the party! NYS Sales Taxes will be added at checkout; taxes are not part of your balance.

Looking for a More Flexible Option?
If you’re looking for a more simple or budget-friendly experience, you and your friends can book the same Intro to Pole class together instead of a private party.
To do this:

Each person must create their own account

Each person must read the New Student Information and Policies

Each person must sign the waiver and book the same class time
This is a great option for smaller groups who want to experience pole together in a structured class setting.

Important Party Information:

Must be 20+ yrs old to book a party.
-
You can reschedule your party up to 14 days before the scheduled date without paying an additional deposit fee.

Package upgrades or downgrades can be made up to 7 days before the party.
-
Parties booked less than 7 days in advance require full payment at the time of booking.

Last minute cancel for any reason no refund will be given or transfered towards classes.

All guests must create an account and sign a waiver before the party begins.
-
Only the maximum number of guests allowed for your party will be permitted.

Spectators are not allowed, but if someone in your group cannot participate, they are welcome to watch and cheer.

Parties will start and end on time, regardless of late arrivals. No additional time will be given for late arrivals.

Food and drink are not allowed in the dance area. We provide a designated space for food and beverages.

Please bring your own cups, napkins, etc. We provide tables and table covers for food.

Guests are expected to arrive sober and fully participate in the class. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Guests are not to drink alcohol while learning the routine; it is a safety issue and can cause dizziness, sickness and disruption. The host is allowed to bring 1 bottle after learning the routine and recording the last video.

In the event of an altercation, emergency services will be contacted, legal charges may be filed, and no refunds will be given. All party goers involved will be banned from the studio.

We want you and your guests to have an enjoyable and safe experience. Thank you for your cooperation!
WHAT TO WEAR
-
Dress in sexy yet comfortable attire such as short shorts, tight tops, sports bras, custom t-shirts shorts no leggings or tights your skin needs to grip the pole.

No heels or boas for parties
-
Avoid applying lotion within 2 hours before the class to ensure a good grip on the pole.

To avoid injury, jewelry is not allowed, except for wedding rings/bands.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Parties require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure a time slot.
-
Full payment for the party must be made 7 days before the scheduled date.
-
No refunds will be provided for canceled or no-show parties.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please do so at least 14 days in advance.
-
Cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days will be treated as a new party and require a new deposit.
GRATUITY
Please show your appreciation to your party host (instructor) by providing a cash tip for their hard work in ensuring you and your party have an amazing time. Thank you in advance.
