We've created an all inclusive safe space, for pole dancing as well as various dance and fitness classes. Please be kind, courteous and respectful to others. We want our studio to be your sanctuary with a positive, fun and exciting vibe where you can leave all stress and negative feelings at the door. We have a zero tolerance policy for toxic behaviors such as: Being disruptive, negative comments, abusive, disrespect, discriminatory behaviors based on an race, religion, sexual preference or individual’s (self) identity This will result in your removal and inability to continue attending classes, events and/or workshops. 

*In the event of an altercation, 911 will be called and the offending party will be removed and banned from the studio.

No Refunds will be given. Please don't let this ever happen!

We appreciate your understanding that reading policies can be overlooked, but we kindly request that you take the time to familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures of our studio. This will help us maintain a safe and inclusive space for our community while upholding the integrity of our business.

Our commitment is to serve you in a professional manner, and we kindly ask that you reciprocate by reading and adhering to our studio policies. Together, we can create a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING CLASS OR PARTY
  • I DO NOT HAVE ANY POLE DANCING EXPERIENCE. CAN I STILL TAKE CLASSES?
    Absolutely! No experience required, all beginners are welcome to most classes please start all pole classes with beginner friendly classes we have a lot you can take in no particular order. If you take one intro to pole class that doen't mean you are ready for level 1 classes. Please do not sign up for Level One or any advance classes for your own safety. You must be recommended to take advanced classes by your instructor.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
    Water, a small hand towel, black socks and personal hygiene products.
  • CAN VISITORS COME TO WATCH?
    No. Please do not bring anyone with you to observe the classes for the comfort and safety of all members. If anyone wants to see what classes are like, we encourage them to take the class to get their own experience.
  • WHO CAN TAKE CLASSES?
    Anyone is welcome and must be 20 and older *If you have an existing medical condition or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before participating.
  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
    Skin contact on the pole is very important and nessacary for proper pole grip, please wear comfortable athletic clothes for flexibility, fitted shorts, sports bra, tank tops, No Long sleeves or leggings. Please No nudity or undergarments.
  • HOW EARLY / LATE CAN I ARRIVE FOR A CLASS?
    Students are welcomed 5 minutes before class starts to settle in and change. Please do not be late for the warm up to prevent any injury. No Entry after 20 Minutes after the class has started
  • I'M OUT OF SHAPE, CAN I PARTICIPATE?
    Yes, coming to class consistently will help you build muscle, stamina and flexibility. Tip- In between classes please book other classes such as Flexibility & Yoga Flex & Stretch classes to help you on your pole journey as well.
  • HOW BIG ARE THE CLASSES?
    We Have 8 poles and our max is 16 people if we have over 8 people booked for a class we will have you share the poles. Great way to make new friends!
  • CAN I WEAR SHOES IN CLASS?
    No, unless it's a heels class. All pole & yoga classes are taught barefoot or with black socks.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND POLICES?
    There is No Refunds After Purchases! Please read the class or pass decribtions before booking look at expiration dates and make sure you are able to attend a class or event. Once you book a class pass or event you can early cancel and use your pass for another class or event of the same value before the expiration date! any questions text 865-57501713
  • DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?
    Yes, Gift cards are available to purchase as a gift for someone to take classes or purchase merc.
  • WHAT KIND OF POLES DO YOU HAVE?
    Gold chrome, 45mm
  • IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
    All are welcome to do pole and dance moves but there is a Max Capacity is 350lbs to climb the pole.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
    Please understand we pay the instructors and save space for you with the expectation that you are coming. Failure to show is not fair to the instructors, or to others who could have taken your spot. 8-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY You’re responsible for canceling your spot in class OR your waitlist position if you’re unable to attend. You may do so by logging into your account, cancel and reschedule that class. For classes that are canceled leas than 8 hours, no refund or credit will be provided. There are no monetary refunds for classes, workshops or event cancellations or no shows. NO EXCEPTIONS Extend Class Pass, in the event that the studio remains closed for more than 24 hours due to weather, remodeling or other issues , we will extend the pass for the time loss in which you were not able to attend classes. Incase of an emergency or early cancellations we will extend your class pass a few days. CANCELLATIONS BY THE STUDIO In the case of an emergency and we have to cancel a class and/or there are no substitute instructors, we will reschedule another class. Our classes have a 3 person minimum registration requirement. Classes will be canceled 2 hours before the class starts if fewer than 3 people are registered for class. Class credit will be applied to students who booked the canceled class. If we cancel your class, you will receive an email and/or text notification of the cancellation Please check that your phone number and email address are updated so you can receive the class cancellation notification through text and email. PRIVATE SESSIONS CANCELLATIONS Please cancel 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. If you are late, cancel less than 8 hours before the start of your session or are a no-show to your private session, you are not eligible for a refund or class credits.
  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK A PARTY?
    The sooner the better to secure you get the date you want. Party dates fill up quickly.
  • DO WE HAVE TO SIGN WAIVERS?
    Yes, everyone has to sign up for an account and sign the waivers online. Please have your guest create their own account with us and sign waviers ahead of time to avoid wasting party time the day of the event.
  • CAN I BRING REFRESHMENTS TO MY PARTY?
    Yes, cupcakes, fruit or a veggie platter or light finger foods are allowed. Nothing that needs to be heated. Please For your safety, the staff safety and to avoid any issues, Please No outside liquor we will provide complementary champagne for you and your guest.
  • IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR SMALL GROUPS?
    We have a package for small groups. If the group less then 4 ppl I would suggest booking a class, event or workshop with your small group to meet and have fun with new people.
  • IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK A PARTY?
    You must be at least 18 to book a party.
  • HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PARTY?
    By creating an account with us, go to the store and click appointments and find the best party package for you and your group, picking a date and time and making a deposit. Party Booked less than 7 days must pay in full at the time of booking.
  • CAN I FILM/TAKE PICTURES DURING MY PARTY?
    Yes, you can have the phone leaned against the wall or a tripod facing you and your group. If not, wait until the closing minutes of the class, so you can focus on the lesson. At that time, you can take pictures and videos of what you have learned with your group for memories and show it off on social media. Please, don't forget to tag us and let us know how much fun you had @sweetnsultrystudio
  • WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULE POLICY?
    You have up to 8 days before your party to reschedule to another date and not have to pay another deposit fee. If you cancel 7 days or less from your party date you will not be able to use your deposit to reschedule. You will need to pay another deposit to book another party date if you choose.
  • IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE REQUIRED TO HAVE A PARTY?
    Yes. You must have a minimum of 5 and 16 is the max (20 for Paint 'N Sip) Each package has it's own max
  • WHEN CAN MY GUESTS AND I ARRIVE FOR THE PARTY?
    Please arrive ontime Your party will not be rescheduled due to extreme lateness or no shows. It will be considered canceled after 30 minutes. *You wouldn't want to pay for a party and get 30 minutes of time in, that's no fun for you, your guest, my staff and I. We want you and your guest to have the best experience possible.
  • WHY DO WE NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT FOR BOOKING A PARTY?
    To secure the date & time you want, you must pay the non refundable deposit. This amount goes toward your total balance. Taxes are not counted towards your remaining balance that goe to uncle sam. you will not be charged taxes on your remaining balance.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Parties must be booked with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure a time slot. Parties must be paid in full 7 days before. There will be NO refunds if the party is canceled or a no-show. If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, we ask that you do so at least 8 days in advance. Anything canceled or rescheduled after this time will be treated as a new party, and will require a new deposit.
  • WHEN IS MY REMAINING BALANCE DUE?
    Your remaining balance is due 5 days before your party date. I will creadit a Debt on your account and you can make your payment. If the balance is not paid your party will be cancelled and no refund will be given. Please collect the money from your guest as soon as possible to avoid any issues.
  • CAN PEOPLE COME TO OBSERVE THE PARTY BUT NOT PARTICIPATE?
    No spectators allowed. If someone is apart of your max capacity but can not participate during the party it is ok to sit out and watch.
